Our history
NBnet is a privately owned consultancy that provides assistance in training, business consultancy, change management, capacity development, marketing, projects management and business advice. Africa faces skills gaps and challenges and this has led NBnet to respond through various strategies to address and close the gap.
Through closely following the strategies of the departments of Education, Labor, Science and Technology, Trade and Industry, Public Service and Administration (DPSA) and others, as well as Sector Education and Training Authorities (SETAs), the company has managed to formulate training programmes that are customized to address the gaps.
The company follows a five-stage strategy which includes client brief, customization, training, workplace practical implementation and post implementation review. Through our strong management profiles we also provide project management services to training providers through Learnership management and project closures.

Our Model
We believe in interactive training sessions that’s why we always limit our training groups to 5-20 depending on the programmes. We also customize the training to suit the needs of our diverse stakeholders. We don’t believe in universal application of tools, techniques and knowledge but that these can be tailored to suit different situations that’s why our training sessions include customized case studies and real workplace scenarios.

Terence K. Muruvi
Managing Director
Mr. Terence Muruvi is a holder of a master’s degree in Governance (UFS) Hons (Finance) UZ, Advanced Project Management and ODETDP.
He is a Business Advisor (member of the South African Institute of Business advisor) and he is also a member of the South African Monitoring & Evaluation Association. He has vast experience in organisation development through training and development having been in the training industry since 2008. His experience has been gained through working for training institutions such as Kukhula Global Projects, Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology, Signa and Boston City College.
Apart from training experience Terence has extensive experience in Strategic Management, Operations Management, Strategic Planning, Project management, and Monitoring and Evaluation. He also is experienced in quality management implementation having passed the ISO 9001:2008 International Auditor Course. He has also been involved in various SMME training and mentoring. His passion is helping small business to grow into big companies.
Martin Rudzidzo
Data Analysis Consultant, MSc in Demography (UCT) from UCT, BSc (Hons) Statistics (UZ)
Mr. Martin Ruzvidzo has 10 years’ specialised experience working in statistics and data analytics on various research assignments and projects. He is also an accomplished data mining professional with proven success in telecoms and financial modelling, marketing research, social-economic research and education.
Mr Ruzvidzo has vast experience and knowledge in advanced analytics and has expertise relating to big data analytics, market, academic and social research, advanced statistical modelling, quantitative modelling, database management, Google analytics and digital marketing analytics. He also has experience and exposure to statistical software platforms which include SAS, STATA, SPSS, Minitab and R, SQL, Python, Microsoft Office and Excel, including PowerPivot and PowerPoint.
Mr Ruzvidzo is skilled in an array of statistics and analysis-related functions, including (but not limited to) sampling design, analytic framework design, an array of statistical methods, data analysis, data modelling and data mining methods, and interpretation of research data. His research interests include Structural equation modelling, churn and acquisition modelling, predictive and propensity modelling, multivariate statistics, statistical education as well as multivariate regression. Most recently, he has worked in Aquaonline’s Data Modelling Department as Senior Digital Data and Insights Analyst, as well as Revenue Science as Analytical Consultant, focussing on big data and business intelligence.
Previously he fulfilled the role of Senior Statistician at Ask Afrika, where he managed sampling designs and analytic frameworks for large scale surveys. Notably, he has participated in multiple large-scale consumer and customer studies which identified trends over time and established various profiling models. Similarly, he worked as the Senior Statistician for IPSOS prior to joining Ask Afrika, where he managed advanced sampling strategies and carried out various inferential statistical analyses on large data sets. Mr Ruzvidzo has a master’s degree in Demography from UCT, as well as a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Statistics from the University of Zimbabwe.
Praveen Vasala

Praveen has 15+ years’ experience in Training & Development, Education Management, Skills Development and consulting. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with Human Resources Management as Majors, from Kakatiya University
Praveen is a highly motivated and professional who is enthusiastic in engaging with individuals and teams who are geared up in pursuit of excellence in imparting of knowledge and skills to empower the youth and workforce by aiming at improving the productivity at a micro and macro level in a dynamic business world.
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with Human Resources Management as Majors, from Kakatiya University, (1998), Post Graduate Diploma in Hotel and Catering management from IIHT in 2002, Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from Sun Star Solutions in Feb’ 1999, B.COM (Accounting &Taxation) from Kakatiya University, (1995) He has also undergone training in SAP HR modules Organization management, Personnel Management, Recruitment, Payroll, Time Management, Training &event Management, Personnel Development, Compensation Management, and Benefits.
